I was in an automobile accident...not my fault. It was in May of this year, two days from a national holiday with a three day weekend. These wonderful people took me in on the following Wednesday, less than a week after that driver totalled my car. The entire office was warm, welcoming and I felt like they had my back...pun intended. It took several weeks and I'm still seeing Dr. Sedghi, but I'm completely confident that I am on the mend. Chiropractic care is something everyone should consider, and this facility has all the best equipment and I feel like all the best people. Everyone there is very special, and if you're not feeling quite right, like you're just a little off, it's the perfect place to go.

The team at Momentum is always welcoming, professional and accommodating to everyone and all situations. I love coming in for my weekly appointments. I highly recommend this practice. I drive an hour each way twice a week because they are that good. In less that 6 months, my doctor has almost cured my pain issues that I have suffered from for many years while seeing other chiropractors.

Just keep on having a very good experience, every time I’m there. The decompression has worked well, from paddle boarding, sleeping, walking and standing all have shown marked improvements. Dr. Sedghi , is on point with his practice, and so is the staff.

My wife is a Neurologist here in SLO, so I was a bit skeptical initially, but the proof is in the results. My back is MUCH better after the 20 treatments, and also every time I get a hyperextension in my knee or shoulder pain, in a few seconds he fixes me. The staff is AMAZING, nicest people on the planet work here. I'd give a sixth star if possible.

The entire staff is beyond friendly. I came in with major sciatica pain within the first couple visits. I could notice a major difference and start sleeping through the night. They have a very flexible schedule and very easy to work with payment plans, whether it be painted off in full monthly or per visit not only do I go, but my wife does also. Every visit is very refreshing and I look forward to going. It’s not like a boring doctors appointment or something you dread 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

It's always great when you're able to get into a new doctor's office that you've never seen before and you're pleasantly surprised by how wonderful and professional it is. This office is one of those offices. It's an amazing setup, and the best part of it is that the doctor has got the follow-through. He's a great doctor who really cares about his business and how to take care of people, and that is an exceptional standard in this day and time. I'm glad that he's moved into San Luis Obispo, and everybody will super enjoy the service that he offers.
A middle-aged male businessman who's seen chiropractors all over the United States, and I can tell you this: he's one of the best I've ever met. I'm seeing chiropractors once every week or so just for maintenance, wherever I'm at in California. Just go for it. It's a great location and a great doctor. Thank you.

I cannot rave enough about the staff and Dr Sedghi at momentum chiropractic. The staff is so kind, helpful and attentive. I came in for shoulder & neck pain that quickly disappeared after my first adjustment. I’ve been coming twice a week for about 3 weeks now and notice a significant difference in my back and posture. I’m not longer hunched over and have never seen my back straight before. I never thought my scoliosis could be helped in anyway. Thank you momentum chiropractic, I couldn’t be happier and am so grateful for having stepped foot in their office!

Earlier this year I began to experience vertigo symptoms, constant fatigue, dizziness, and other issues that made it near impossible to live normally. When my neurologist was unable to diagnose me, I was recommended to find a “balance doctor.” As of October 1 of this year, Dr. Sedghi was the only one able to diagnose me and I began to receive treatment with a personalized plan to get me back to living normally again. Side note, the team he has in office is wonderful and helpful in every regard. After a few months now, I can say that I have been given back my life and am happy to continue seeing this team as I move forward from my plan.

Dr. Sedghi and his staff are amazing! They all have great bedside manner and the front desk people always greet me with a smile and call me by my name when I walk through the door.
The day I walked into Momentum Health Chiropractic, I had constant pain and tingling from my neck all the way down my left arm. If I tried to lift my head up I would get lightning bolts shooting down my arm. Now a few weeks into treatment, the lightning bolts are long gone and the pain and tingling are intermittent. I can't wait to see where it goes from here!

I was recently diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease after a couple of violent vertigo attacks. I am also convinced that the vertigo may have to do with vestibular migraine. I came to Momentum Chiropractic hoping that chiropractic treatment might be something that could help with all of my ongoing symptoms. Dr. Sedghi took a couple of X-rays that confirmed some issues in my upper cervical spine. I am just a few weeks into treatment here and am already seeing great improvement. Dr. Sedghi is kind, patient, and compassionate, and his staff is amazing. Every time I walk through the doors, I feel welcome and hopeful. I was hesitant about trying a new chiropractor.
